Since our opening in 2019, we have had the pleasure of welcoming dozens of families, couples, friends, and solo travelers.

The best way to introduce you to La Grange Neuve, our two charming gîtes in the Finistère region, is to share their testimonials and experiences with you.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in your lovely home!

We were fascinated by the clear, cold Atlantic, the magnificent cliffs and beaches, the diverse wildlife, the picturesque villages with their charming houses with blue shutters, the small restaurants with their tasty crêpes and lots of cider... The breathtaking landscapes of Ouessant and the sunny (and windy) boat ride, the impressive rocks of the Pink Granite Coast...

... Dolphins jumping off the coast of Saint-Mathieu, the cute seal at the Kermorvan lighthouse, the falcon on the cliffs of Ouessant...

... But the best part was starting and ending the day in this cozy house!

For a Breton stay between land and sea, this cottage is an excellent base for a pleasant stay

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and has a lot of charm. It is very well equipped for a stay of several days and is very functional. The view from the first-floor rooms of the Iroise Sea in the distance is an invitation to explore the wild coast of Finistère. Superb holiday home, absolutely recommended! We received a very warm welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We felt welcome and at home. Very clean. A wonderful time at La Grange Neuve! Dominique and Marie-Pierre are charming hosts, and take great care of their guests! The place is magnificent, quiet with a sea view, and close to all amenities (supermarket 3 minutes by car, bakery, post office, pharmacy). We came as a family... and we're coming back next summer! The house is both very beautiful and pleasant, very nicely decorated, and very functional and well thought out. There is plenty to do nearby, and for all needs/desires. We really loved our stay, thank you again for your welcome, and we look forward to seeing you again next August!

Charming and elegant cottage for holidays on the Iroise coast

What a wonderful discovery, "La Grange Neuve" in Plougonvelin! A beautiful atmosphere in this charming house so beautifully and ecologically renovated... Marie-Pierre and Dominique have put all their heart into it... We immediately feel like we are in a family home... warmly expected and welcomed! So many thoughtful touches during our stay... valuable advice for visiting the region... A thousand thanks to both of you for all of this! (We would have loved to stay longer...!)

The cottage, restored with great attention to detail and passion, is located just a short walk from the coastal path. You can even see the sea from the bedroom window, and you can glimpse it from the pretty garden.

The hosts have compiled links and tips for a relaxing stay and are available to answer any questions. Everything here has been thought of down to the smallest detail, including waste sorting and a compost bin.

The house's historic features have been carefully preserved and integrated. The furnishings are comfortable and tasteful, and the modern kitchen is perfectly equipped. The mattress, the fresh Atlantic air, and the quiet location guarantee a restful sleep.

For shopping, the village is just a few minutes away, with everything you need, from a bakery to a wine shop to a supermarket. The nearby weekly market in Le Conquet is also highly recommended.

Parking spaces are available on the grounds, just behind the house.

There are many interesting places to visit in the surrounding area, such as Brest, a fascinating city. We will happily return to this relaxing region and this magnificent house with its charming inhabitants.

Wow, this might be the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! This cottage is beautifully appointed with lots of love and completely renovated with eco-friendly materials... and it FEELS like it inside. Very good vibes, and every corner of the place is relaxing and lovely to contemplate. The setting is also quite breathtaking, with green fields right on the doorstep, and just beyond, the incredible (INCREDIBLE!!!) GR34 trail, with endless miles of coastal path and sea views. The hosts were wonderfully helpful and responsive, and I can't wait to come back. Also worth noting: we spent a week here in February, and while I had some hesitations about this being an "off-season" time to visit, I definitely recommend it. No traffic, no tourists. We had a few days of full sunshine, very little rain, and very mild temperatures. The area was so green, and many trees and shrubs had even started to bloom. I'd say it's a great time of year to come to Iroise!

How sweet it is to begin 2024 in the Iroise Sea under the High Patronage of Saint-Mathieu in your house ""Le Jardin de l'Ecurie"" whose entire decoration reflects all the kindness and sensitivity of its author.

Despite the unpredictable weather at the start of our stay, we were able to happily discover Pointe Saint-Mathieu, Roscoff, Les Abers, the Parish Enclos, Brest, Daoulas, Camaret/Mer, the inevitable Pointe du Raz, and the no less famous Port of Concarneau. Each time we recharged our batteries like two students of your beautiful, mysterious and wild Brittany, of which you have made yourself the marvelous ambassador in such a way as to give us an irremediable desire to

"come back".

Finally, we set off on our very first adventure in Brittany. From the very beginning, we found that our expectations and wishes were met.

The beautifully located and stylishly furnished Le Jardin de l'Ecurie house has a lot to do with it.

We were blown away by the impressive landscapes of Brittany.

Windswept cliffs, mysterious standing stones, the air tasting of salt, even the butter tastes salty. We enjoyed pancakes, oysters, and cider. Brittany is a culinary paradise. We brought back so many memories and impressions of home.

Superb cottage, perfectly renovated, delicately decorated, and perfectly equipped. Delicate little touches scattered throughout the house (groceries, soaps, a small pharmacy, magazines, etc.). The exteriors are just as pleasant, and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Just a stone's throw from the GR34 for superb walks. A very nice region, far from the tourist crowds. In short, we recommend it without moderation.

Well-equipped, decorated with (hygge) style, clean, super cozy - we enjoyed our stay in La Grange Neuf a lot! We felt like home in this lovely cottage. A perfect place to rest and unwind. Super quiet and peaceful. The Seaview (especially from the upper bedroom) is great! Nice beaches and walking trails close by. Marie-Pierre is a wonderful host! Communication was super quick and friendly, and she was always available for tips or if we had questions. We would definitely come back!

A warm and welcoming place with excellent amenities and lots of attention to detail. We spent a week in very changeable weather and enjoyed the combination of a cozy fireplace in the evening and a beautiful terrace where you could enjoy the sun all day long. The apartment was perfectly equipped and very comfortable. Communication with Marie-Pierre was easy, and she takes care to manage the apartment in an environmentally friendly way. Highly recommended, especially during the off-season with mixed weather.
